If not remedied, stress can affect and alter a person's life in the workplace, at home or at school affecting meaningful relationships and performance in general. Stress thereby should be managed so that we can lead a normal and prosperous life.

We can not live without any stress because, believe it or not, it is an essential part of our lives and makes us receptive and alert to our position. It is a signal to be conscious of the surroundings or a situation which needs to be addressed. Understanding how to read these signals is what is required instead of taking medicine to relieve ourselves of the symptoms!
