My Lead Company is attempting to help by providing leads that they generate themselves and then "sell" to the members that are on a monthly auto-ship to buy a lead package each month.
The packages are very reasonably priced and range from $24.95 for 200 leads per week to $199.95 for 5,000 leads per week. Most people will most likely buy the most inexpensive package while they should be purchasing the best package if they plan to work the business opportunity. The quality of the leads will go a long way in determining the best long-term destiny of My Lead Company.
Like I pointed out, My Lead Company is also set up as a business opportunity. Most likely not one to work as your primary but one that can create an additional cash flow stream for you.
The compensation plan is a "Straight-Line", which means that it's a single leg and everyone who joins the company is placed next in line. There are 4 ways to get paid: 50% Fast Start bonus (on the 1st order placed by your immediate sponsor), Commissions on Group Volume, Bonus Pools and a 1% Founders Pool. You will need to personally sponsor to earn any decent income, as with a legitimate MLM (I do not think it is a My Lead Company scam by the way).

I think it's a pretty cool idea to offer leads as a product to network marketers who can not have a lot of leads. As I described earlier, the quality of the leads will ultimately determine the long-term destiny of the company. The lead industry is cluttered with garbage and if the leads (and training offered as to how to work the leads) end up being solid, then it will be positive for everyone in network marketing and My Lead Company will become a massive success.
